아시아 태평양 제자훈련학교는 하나님을 아는 것으로부터 시작하여 하나님의 우리를 향한 마음 그리고 열방을 향한 마음을 알아가는 여정입니다. 저희는 한 사람 한 사람 이 여정에서 하나님의 사랑이 무엇인지 알아가며 진리와 참된 자유를 알아가는 여러분을 함께 기뻐하며 존중해주는 가족입니다. 하나님은 여러분의 마음을 원하십니다. 그리고 이 시간을 통해 하나님의 사랑의 깊이를 새롭게 발견하며 열방의 빛이 되라는 명령을 행하는 귀한 시간이 될 것입니다. (이사야 42:5-13)
아시아 태평양 가족은 세계 곳곳에서 모인 다양한 연령의 개인과 가족이 함께 하는 공동체입니다. 우리는 다문화를 사랑합니다. 왜냐하면 하나님의 마음을 볼 수 있기 때문입니다.
특별히 이번 학교는 처음 시작은 팔라우에서 6주간의 강의 기간을 갖고, 그 후 제주로 옮겨 나머지 6주의 강의는 제주에서 진행합니다.
강의 기간:
12주의 강의 기간은 하나님을 배우며 하나님과의 관계가 깊어 지는 시간입니다. 강의 하시는 강사님들께서는 다음과 같은 주제에 관해 나누어 주실 것 입니다.
- 하나님의 성품
- 아버지 하나님, 예수님, 성령님
- 하나님의 음성 인식하기
- 주인 되심과 순종
- 성경적 세계관
- 성경
- 영적 전쟁
- 선교와 전도
DTS는 강의만 듣는 것으로 끝나지 않습니다. DTS는 들은 진리를 삶으로 옮기고 실천하고 적용하는 것 입니다. 다음과 같은 시간을 통해서도 배웁니다.

- 기도와 예배
- 지역 공동체 아웃리치
- 소그룹 모임
- 일대일 제자 훈련

아웃리치(전도여행) 기간:
제주에서 12주간의 훈련 후 아시아 태평양 예수제자훈련학교는 다시 팀으로 나뉘어 아시아와 태평양의 섬들로 전도 훈련을 나갑니다. 저희가 지금까지 나간 곳들은 일본, 중국, 인도네시아, 태국, 팔라우, 피지, 사모아, 통가, 파푸아 뉴기니입니다. 아시아 태평양 전도 훈련에는 전도, 구제 사역, 지역 사회 봉사 및 섬김 등 다양한 사역의 기회들이 있습니다. 이 기간에는 계속해서 하나님을 배우고 알아가며 성장하는 시간입니다. 또한 그 지역을 향한 아버지의 마음을 알아가는 시간입니다.
9주간의 전도 훈련 후 저희는 다시 제주에 모여서 전도 훈련을 돌아보며 다음 여정을 준비하는 시간을 가지게 될 것 입니다.

팔라우는 태평양 서쪽에 위치한 아름다운 섬 나라 입니다. 지리적으로는 더 큰 섬들의 그룹인 마이크로네시아에 속해 있습니다. 캐롤라인 열도의 서쪽에 250여개 섬에 21,000명의 인구가 퍼져있습니다. 팔라우의 록 아일랜드는 유네스코 세계 자연유산이며, 자주 최고의 스노쿨링, 다이빙 장소로 많은 여행 잡지들의 리스트에 오른답니다.
제주
대한민국의 가장 큰 섬인 제주도는 그 아름다운 해변들, 매력적인 시골과, 휴식을 위한 해변의 호텔들로 인해 오랫동안 사랑 받는 국내 휴양지이다.
우리는 이렇게 독특하고 아름다운 두 지역에서 훈련의 기회를 드릴 수 있게되어 흥분됩니다!

from the Pacific to Asia and beyond...
The aPAC DTS takes you on a journey to know God, His heart for you, and His heart for the world. We are a family who celebrate and honor every individual, fighting for the truth and freedom that can only come from revelation of God’s love. He is after your heart. You will discover new depths of the love of the Father and fulfill His call to be a light for the nations (Isaiah 42:5-13).
The aPAC family is a community from all over the world and all ages, including families. We love diversity! It reflects God’s heart.
We are excited to announce that this year aPAC DTS will start in Palau for 6 weeks of Lecture Phase and then move to Jeju to finish our last 6 week of the Lecture Phase.
Lecture Phase:
This is a 12 week training period set apart to learn of God and deepen relationship with Him. Guest lecturers will present teaching on topics such as: The Nature and Character of God, Father Heart of God, Jesus, Holy Spirit, Recognizing God’s voice, Lordship and Surrender, Biblical worldview, The Bible, Spiritual Warfare, Missions and evangelism.
DTS is more than just listening to lectures. It is about application of truth and living it out.
We will also be learning through:
- Process and application times
- Community living
- Prayer and worship
- Community outreach
- Small groups
- One on one discipleship
- FUN!
Outreach Phase:
After 12 weeks training in Jeju, aPAC will launch out, in smaller teams, to Asia and the islands of the Pacific. Previous outreach locations have included: Japan, Palau, China, Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, and Thailand. aPAC outreaches encompass a wide range of ministry opportunities including evangelism, mercy ministry, and practical service in the community. Outreach is a continuation of learning and growing in God and seeking His heart for the location.
We will gather in Jeju after nine weeks of outreach for debriefing and preparing for the next step.

Palau
Palau is a beautiful island country located in the western Pacific Ocean. It is geographically part of the larger island group of Micronesia. The country’s population of around 21,000 is spread across 250 islands forming the western chain of the Caroline Islands. Palau's Rock Islands are a UNESCO World Heritage site and often listed as a top snorkeling and diving destination by many travel magazines.
Jeju
Jeju-do (제주도), Korea’s largest island, has long been the country’s favourite domestic holiday destination thanks to its beautiful beaches, lush countryside and seaside hotels designed for rest and relaxation.
